His transition into coaching in 2006 was driven by a profound desire to support others in achieving physical and mental well-being. As a former National Spokesperson for EAS Sports Nutrition, Ramsey brings a wealth of experience to his coaching, incorporating motivation, humor, and vulnerability to deeply connect with and inspire his audience. He is also the author of Cake on the Floor: How to Deal With Life’s Unexpected Moments With Resilience and Grace, which encapsulates his philosophy on facing life’s challenges.
