Ramsey was raised in a multicultural environment, which greatly influenced his leadership and development approach. His journey took him from Geneva to the United States when his father retired from the United Nations for medical reasons, shaping his global perspective and deep appreciation for diverse viewpoints and physical well-being.

Ramsey’s unique journey from DJ to National Director of Field Marketing for JBC Entertainment in just five years reflects his leadership determination and ability. His transition into coaching in 2006 was driven by a profound desire to support others in achieving physical and mental well-being. As a former National Spokesperson for EAS Sports Nutrition, Ramsey brings a wealth of experience to his coaching, incorporating motivation, humor, and vulnerability to deeply connect with and inspire his audience. He is also the author of Cake on the Floor: How to Deal With Life’s Unexpected Moments With Resilience and Grace, which encapsulates his philosophy on facing life’s challenges. His approach is deeply rooted in personal experience and professional rigor, drawing from his background as an eight-time Ironman finisher and his leadership in retreats globally, from Peru to Norway.

A certified professional coach through the ICF and iPEC, Ramsey specializes in Leadership and Well-Being Dynamics. He has partnered with organizations across various industries—including manufacturing, healthcare, and defense—to create and implement leadership development programs that foster growth, enhance communication, and build cohesive teams. His work has been recognized in prominent publications like Men’s Health, and his story has inspired millions.

Ramsey’s dedication extends beyond his career; he is also committed to giving back to the community, having served on the Board of Directors for Duet, a nonprofit supporting homebound seniors and caregivers in Maricopa County. Currently residing in Scottsdale, AZ, Ramsey enjoys life with his two rescue dogs, Gizmo and Bodhi.
