The 2025 Membership & Marketing Conference is a can’t-miss event for temple membership and marketing chairmen, temple, club and unit leadership, members of Masonic and women’s organizations and anyone who wants to enhance the efforts of their chapter. The host hotel is the Rosen Centre Hotel. All educational sessions, lunches and the Thursday evening reception will be held at the Rosen Centre, located at 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

Yes. 50% discount on self-parking for all attendees, over the dates of the meeting.

The learning environment is designed to engage adult learners. Children are not permitted to enroll or attend the conference or related activities.

This event is designed to facilitate peer-to-peer and open dialogue for adult learners onsite and therefore, is not designed for live broadcasting or streaming.

The dress code for the conference is business casual. Layers are recommended as temperatures in the meeting space may fluctuate. Learners are encouraged to bring appropriate regalia, i.e. Fez, cap, etc.

Learners must register by 11:59 p.m. on April 1, 2025.

Yes! To receive the Shriner friends and family rate special learners must visit SIEFreservations.com for the discounted per-night rate. Learners must reserve before April 1, 2024, to receive this rate.

Yes!  The conference runs from April 10-12, 2025. For those seeking to extend their stay in Orlando before or after, the following rates will be applied. Special rates are available (3) days pre and post the conference dates of arrival date of Tuesday, April 8, 2025 and departure date of Sunday April 13, 2025 and are based on room type availability.

We recommend arriving no later than Wednesday, April 9 as the conference begins on Thursday, April 10 at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 12.  Learners must attend the entire conference to receive a Fellow certificate.  

Childcare is not available onsite.

Yes. Located at the bottom of the original conference confirmation email, the option to “edit my submission” is provided. Once “edit my submission” is selected, registrants may elect to add on the excursion. Registrants will be asked to follow the prompts for payment. Please note, there is limited seating for the excursion and seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Certificate Program

Learners will gain knowledge and skills needed to implement change and growth at their organization that will lead to long-term overall improvement in the areas of membership (recruitment, retention and engagement), and marketing and communications. The courses span three learning levels: introductory, applied and strategic. Each level is recognized with a certificate: Apprentice Fellow or Masters Class.

Fellow Certificate

Attend the Noble Academy Membership & Marketing Conference presented by Shriners International Education Foundation, on April 10-12, 2025 in Orlando, Florida, and receive your Membership and Marketing Fellow Certificate. You must attend the entire conference to receive the certificate.

Apprentice Certificate

Shriners International Education Foundation and Noble Academy host a virtual event series with four events in each series. Learners seeking to obtain the Membership and Marketing Apprentice Certificate must complete all four virtual sessions live or on-demand by Friday, June 13, 2025.

Masters Class Certificate

To earn the prestigious Noble Academy Master Class Certificate, you must attend the in-person conference in Orlando, Florida, on April 10-12, 2025, and complete all four virtual sessions. This comprehensive program recognizes your dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in your field.
