Scottish Rite House of the Temple

Thursday, November 5, 1 - 4 p.m.
Attendees are invited to take part in an optional excursion to the iconic Scottish Rite House of the Temple. This historic landmark is a cornerstone of Scottish Rite Freemasonry, known for its stunning architecture, rich symbolism, and impressive collections. It’s a unique opportunity to experience Masonic history firsthand and enjoy guided insights into one of the fraternity’s most significant buildings.

George Washington Masonic National Memorial

Saturday, November 7, 5 - 9 p.m.
Attendees are invited to join an optional excursion to the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia. This iconic monument honors the legacy of Brother George Washington and stands as one of the most important landmarks in Freemasonry. Guests will enjoy guided tours through its historic halls, including the Family of Freemasonry room, which proudly features a special Shriners display.

Important Arrival Information

Please read this important arrival information if you plan to attend the excursion.

If you do intend to participate in the Thursday afternoon excursion, please plan to arrive on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 4 or the morning of Thursday, November 5. Attendees should plan to stay through the conclusion of the conference, which will wrap up around 1 p.m. on Sunday, November 8.

Room availability for Wednesday November 4 is limited! If you plan to come early and attend the excursion for Thursday, we highly recommend booking your room reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Excursion Schedule

  • 5:30 - 5:45 p.m. - Bus boards at the Signature 1 area, Rosen Centre (wristband required for participation)
  • 5:45 p.m. - Bus departs
  • 6 - 10 p.m. - Event: private dinner, drinks and activities
  • 8 - 10 p.m. - Every half hour from 8 - 10 p.m., bus will depart for return to Rosen Centre

*If a participant prefers not to visit the auto museum, they may choose from one of several other activities at Dezerland Park including pinball palace, laser tag, arcade, bumper cars or trampoline .
