Hugo Bernal is a Melha Shriner actively involved in several units, including the Directors Staff and the Riders. He serves as a Trustee on the Melha Board of Directors and is the 1st Vice President of the Directors Staff.

His wife, Paula, is active with LOSNA and the Traveling Ladies and supports many of the temple’s activities. Their son, Blaise, recently joined the Shrine, making it a family affair.
