Beth Garten, Job's Daughters International

Beth Garten has dedicated over 35 years to Job’s Daughters International (JDI), a testament to her commitment and leadership within the organization. Her journey began at the local level, where she served as Honored Queen of Bethel #32 in Moorhead, MN. Beth’s leadership skills and dedication were further recognized at the state level when she was crowned Miss Minnesota Job’s Daughter for 1991-92 and later served as Grand Guardian in 2012. Currently, she holds the prestigious position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the International level. Beth’s exceptional contributions to JDI have earned her the Degree of Royal Purple, the highest honor awarded to a former member.

In her professional life, Beth Garten is the Director of Operations at Dakota Fusion Futbol Club in Fargo, ND. Dakota Fusion FC is a non-profit soccer club dedicated to fostering growth and development in individuals with a passion for soccer. The club’s Academy Program provides opportunities for players to reach higher levels of play, while the Rec+ Program ensures that youth of all skill levels can enjoy the sport in a supportive and safe environment. Dakota Fusion FC is committed to inclusivity, offering opportunities to all players in the community regardless of their economic status.
